Please follow the step by step directions to complete your registration.

REGISTRATION STEPS

What you need

  • Demosphere account or log-in (if you did not register online for tryouts and create an account previously, your login will be the e-mail address used on the form completed at tryouts).
  • Copy of Birth Certificate (if new to the club)
  • License plate numbers for each vehicle registered to your household (Washington County Park entry stickers are provided for each vehicle registered to the players household and license plate numbers must be provided to Washington County for their reference.)

Step by Step – Returning Players
  1. Log-in to your Demosphere account through the link provided in your offer email or by using the registration button below.
  2. Select your player to register
  3. Select the program you are registering for.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the registration.
  5. Print and complete the 2019-2020 WYSA membership form
  6. Check out and pay for your program
  7. If you would like to submit the 2019-2020 WYSA membership form by email, scan and save the membership form. Then click HERE to open your email where you can browse for and attach your membership form to an email and submit it to the club registrar (to email documentation you must have an email app or program on your phone/computer). If you are not able to email your documentation please mail it following the step below.
  8. Mail a copy of your your completed 2019-2020 WYSA membership form to:  WCFC PO Box 773, West Bend, WI 53095
  9. Order your uniform.

*Registration for U11-U14 ends on July 19th, 2019. Registration for U15-U19 ends on July 26th, 2019. Any registration not complete by the deadline will incur a $50 late fee. 

Step by Step – New Players
  1. Login to Demosphere Account through the link provided in your offer email or using the registration button below (if you did not register online for tryouts and create an account previously, your login will be the e-mail address you provided on the forms completed at tryouts).
  2. Enter all player and family information
  3. Upload a new picture – head shot
  4. Follow prompts to complete the registration
  5. Print and complete the 2019-2020  WYSA membership form
  6. Check out and pay for your program
  7. If you would like to submit the birth certificate and 2019-2020 WYSA membership form by email, scan and save the birth certificate and membership form. Then click HERE to open your email where you can browse for and attach your membership form and birth certificate to an email to submit it to the club registrar (to email documentation you must have an email app or program on your phone/computer). If you are not able to email your documentation please mail it following the step below.

What to expect

Once you have completed your registration and paid the player fees you are officially registered with WCFC.  Your coach or team manager will contact you with team training and game play information.

REGISTRATION FEES

Washington County FC is a 501C non-profit corporation and as a result we are able to offer nationally licensed Select coaches at an affordable price to our members.  Please see our season pricing structure below:

U15+  (1/2 year Spring or Fall + Winter Futsal) $775 $30

 

Select player club fees include coaching/director expenses, tournament expenses, field usage and maintenance, referee fees, league and state player fees, futsal facility rental and equipment, coach travel fees, tryout expenses, and an annual pass to Washington County parks. The purchase of the player’s uniform is a separate expense.
